There are both.Addison from Darkwolf pro and Pete Mander makes latex ones.The only silicone ones tht I know come frome a guy in Canada. Some one else can tell you about him.

I dont know how to post links but you should google them.

I just bought a silicone skinner secondhand.It's totally worth every penny(though I did get a great deal!)If I were you I'd look for one second hand and if you can't find one that way then I suggest you keep in contact with Bob very often durring the process.Hope that helps!
