Paypal Question - Krypt Kreeper - 11-29-2008 Does PayPal except debit cards to set up an account? I've been told that they do and told that they don't and can't seem to find any info about it on there site. Paypal Question - Snoballz - 11-29-2008 I don't see why they wouldn't. I set up my PayPal acct with a debit card, but that was many years ago. As long as it's a Visa, Mastercard, etc. debit card, it should be the same as a credit card. Have you tried and it didn't accept it? Paypal Question - Krypt Kreeper - 11-29-2008 I was just curious cause I'm gonna be getting a debit card real soon. Paypal Question - JDF - 11-29-2008 You should be good so as long as it's a Visa/Mastercard debit card. When you sign up for your account paypal will give you a spending limit, unless you verify your account by adding a bank account, or applying for paypal's credit card. Spending limit varies, some folks get $500, $1000...I got $10,000. This is a lifetime spending limit, so once you reach your limit you have to verify the account to keep sending money.Jeff- Paypal Question - sirbrad - 11-30-2008 <!--quoteo(post=285655:date=Nov 29 2008, 03:54 PM:name=JDF)<div class=\'quotetop\'>QUOTE(JDF @ Nov 29 2008, 03:54 PM) <a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=285655\"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><div class=\'quotemain\'><!--quotecYou should be good so as long as it's a Visa/Mastercard debit card. Or you can use the check card for it, same account so it does not matter. |
