Different Part Of The Collection... - puckface - 01-29-2009
Over the years I've always collected figures. Mostly McFarlane's Spawn, Movie Maniacs, etc etc. I even still have a box of my old figures from my childhood. I will be getting a my own place soon, so I've come to realize while I'm not growing out of figures at ALL, I want something a little more "mature" to display in the apartment when the big move comes. I will still display my old figures in my room Im sure, but as for the living room, I've started picking up some really cool statues.They are incredibly detailed and cast in porcelain. I would like to pick up a few more soon, but most are still pretty pricey. They are worth every penny though. very awesome man, about how big are all these pieces? I'd love to have some of these in my house. I do have the whole collection of the 2 inch Batman figurines from walmart's quarter machines.. lolthey line the top of my desk, looks pretty cool

They are actually quite large. I was really surprised with how big the first statue is. Sweet stuff, dude. My wife won't let me display any of my figures or statues outside of my study. I'm about to start a collection of WW2 weapons replicas and hope she will let me put those in the living room cause my study is full.Oh, and back on topic, I really dig the Batman descending statue you got there.

Dang man, that sucks. I can understant her side of it, but I guess thats what happens when you devote yourself, ya know? Give and take.My living room will just have my best framed posters, masks, and these statues. I wanna get some glass display cabinets for the everything too. Although everything I will have will be unusual to most people, I want it all to have as much of a professional and stylish look as possible.
