A myers mask comissoned by Dick Warlock and made by Ken Hertlin. Known as the KH/DW. I believe 33 of the masks were made. Usually selling from 750-1200. The masks were not suppose to be so limited but the opperation was completely shut down because of differences between dick and ken. The mask is very illusive and is pretty much considered "the myers mask".
