i just got finished working on my neca remake hok, to make it look more screen accurate so that i can place it on my remake from jon fuller, as i beat it up and sanded it to make it look old i smelled the familiar scent of bondo. my dad uses this to restore old cars ever since i was little and it is a unmistakable smell, a bit like if you smelled a decomposing body (and yes i have smelled my fair share of those), dont get me wrong it does not smell like that, but it is one of those smells that you dont forget. now, is this thing made of bondo? is that why it is so cheap? because it sure smells like it. just curious.i hope that we have not already gone over this topic and i missed it, but i doubt it since i am on everyday. if so, im sorry.mike

It's made of some sort of resin.

I was led to beleive it was "rondo" which is a fiberglass resin and bondo treatment. I can't confirm that because I haven't actually had one of the masks to check it out.
