And what size drill bit do I use? Hockey Blank - mybankey - 05-21-2009 Cool, thanks VF! Hockey Blank - WarLocK - 05-21-2009 Dude, get a UNIBIT. It's about $14-$17 depending on where you live. But it's the best way to drill hockey masks (smooth every time). I hate seeing all of these hockey masks drilled w/ an actual drill bit. It's all jagged/choppy... Invest in the unibit and you will be happy. Drill down to the 9th notch if you're doing a pt 3 or 4.<img src=\"http://www.tradetufftools.com/images/unibit_1.gif\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /> Hockey Blank - mybankey - 05-21-2009 <!--quoteo(post=314380:date=May 21 2009, 02:39 PM:name=WarLocK)<div class=\'quotetop\'>QUOTE (WarLocK @ May 21 2009, 02:39 PM) <a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=314380\"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><div class=\'quotemain\'><!--quotecDude, get a UNIBIT. Hockey Blank - FreddysNightmare - 05-21-2009 Hey man, I got a blank off e bay and I am trying to do one up too. I have used a small drill bit for the air vent holes and they are looking good, but man I am struggling with getting the eyes just right on it. lol. Its been stressing me out a bit so I am feeling in future I would like to buy one already drilled just to take the hassel out of it. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"laugh.gif\" /> Hockey Blank - BELLAMY - 05-21-2009 Im going to try this bit Warlocks recommending! I tried drilling once w/ a regular bit... had to sand the holes and it was a pain. The unibit will save you time and headache. Hockey Blank - IbDaToNeGuY - 05-21-2009 now will this unibit work with dremels or would someone have to buy a whole new drill if one like myself doesn't own a drill ? mike, Hockey Blank - mperaginejr - 05-21-2009 GOd it will be ncie to not have to sand the holes anymore...I knew the size of bits for all the masks, didn't know about these...thanks a ton... |
