I can understand why he won\'t ship outside the US as I rarely do myself... Canada if you\'re lucky. It\'s all about fraud prevention. Not to say that you\'re not a reliable guy, but there are so many people that try to use stolen credit cards or cancel money orders after the item is shipped. Especially when using paypal, they are quick to deduct funds from your account if they were used fraudulently.
