Hairing Myers Masks ? - IbDaToNeGuY - 08-21-2009 what's the best way to glue down hair on myers masks ? i've been told to use rubber cement ( which i have before and didn't like how it turned out ) , latex , and even a hot glue gun . now since i've never used that , wouldn't the hot glue after it dries and gets hard make the mask all lumpy or melt the latex ? mike, Hairing Myers Masks ? - PREMATURE INKER - 08-21-2009 I don't remember what Justin uses but personally I have seen several artist's use liquid latex to apply hair.You want to start @ the very back of the head just below the ear line then work your way up and over to the forehead hairline..That's what I have seen and it works pretty good. Then I use clear tacky glue at that point. If it dries too shiney in a few spots you can always dull it down w/ a bit of matte spray. |
