Yet Another Mj Thriller Zombie Sculpt - frosty - 09-28-2009
Well theres been a few of these done lately, i really just wanted to do this for myself, i was and still am a fan of his, this is something i wanted to do for a while now, hope i do it justice.I allways loved the shot before the big dance, when the camera pans round and we first see him in the zombie makeupThis shot<img src=\"http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x307/monstermaker1/162927_main.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />And heres were i am with it so far, very rough, a lot of it is just thrown on there so i can gauge sizes etc, i wanted to try and get the likeness first, then add the makeup to it<img src=\"http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x307/monstermaker1/116_0118.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />More to come when i get a spare hour or to i'll be working on it, mostly at night as i'm running masks etc off during the day.

Looks good.You know, you may want to cast it without make up first. I did think about doing another version down the line, around the bad era, that'll be a cold cast bronze or similar, this is really specific to that one scene with the makeup on.But a good idea's a good idea, allow me to steal it for future use lol

Hey budNo it'll be rubber, foam filled, with a wig added, resin is not something i would use on a piece this big, its not a clay pour either, i have the lifecast as you know and its great referrance, especially the nose, its done in WED clay, which is really nice to work with
