Painting Foam Latex - auzorann - 10-02-2009 so i want to use a foam latex appliance this year for halloween but i'm not exactly sure how to paint it. i will be using brushes and i've been told to use PAX paints. those are 50% acrylic 50% adhesive, right? if i'm wrong or you know a better way of painting foam latex please let me know.thanks Painting Foam Latex - glamourdoll13 - 10-03-2009 Use rubber mask grease paint, with an orange sponge, then powder it with translucent or baby powder after your done. If your grease paint doesn't move well add a little bit of 70% alcohol to make it move more. You can then use an airbrush if you have one for highlights and shadows, or you could just use brushes. Make sure you use rubber mask grease paint though, because if you use other ones they will eat your mask. You could use PAX paint, but it's pretty pricey. |
