Have you tried ebay yet?Try searching 'collarless shirt' and theres a couple that may work, once you've dyed and weathered it.I'm pretty sure that style shirt is called a Grandad shirt or Irish Grandfather shirt. Civil War and WW2 shirts also look very similar so try searching those too.
