Latex Glue? - FAL5E - 12-09-2009

is there such thing as a latex glue and if so any recommendations? i have an arm piece made from a tube sock with liquid latex and paint applied on top (wrapped around a tube) - i originally cut it down the middle to remove it from the tube and attach it but it seems to be coming apart (taped it on the inside originally) - any ideas on a simple way to to attach both ends so it forms a solid piece again?i would assume the glue needs to adhere to both the latex and the cloth material on the sock ?
