Scream 4 Coming to Theaters April 12, 2011 Source: Variety March 23, 2010Dimension Films has given the green light to Scream 4, which will start shooting this spring for a release on April 12, 2011 (a Tuesday interestingly). The third installment of the franchise was released on February 4, 2000.Wes Craven will direct and Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox Arquette will reprise their roles along with a group of younger actors."'Scream' has been such an integral part of Dimension's history, and I look forward to continuing the franchise," said Dimension Films chief Bob Weinstein
