So did anyone have these types show up at your house?
I had a group of about ten kids show up first and they were all in just regular clothes and had a pillow case for the candy, they were about 15 years old and rude. Then you have the kids who keep saying, I'm not afraid of you and walk up at you with there toy gun or whatever and then when you move they run, well some do. Anyway what happened to dressing up and saying trick or treat, hell now that i think about it most would not say trick or treat and were not in costume at all. But to all of the others who were polite and in costume and appreciate all the setting up we do for them, they are cool.
Just had to vent,

Yep, I saw them. If you have no costume or you are older than 12 I very nicely tell them to BEAT IT!!!

These are the most scared ones! I'll never forget one year during my haunt there was a kid dressed as a ninja doing the same thing with his sword through our entire haunt. Well, he got to the end where you pick up your candy and he though the person holding the candy bowl(me) was fake and tried to take more then one piece I grabbed his hand and he went running.
His mother came back the next day to tell us that she was sorry he was being so rude and that he got what he deserved. I asked her what she meant and she told me that I had scared him so bad that he literally crapped his pants! They had to take him home and change into his costume from the year before. The kid was 12-13 years old lol!

It made my day! and the best part is they would come back every year and he sat in the car while his parents and sister went through lol.

LMAO!!! I do the same thing Mike.
If you don't have a costume on you get NO candy from me. I do however extend my age limit a little more (15-16). Just do to my love for Halloween and i would rather have them getting candy then destroying peoples property/decorations.
I chased some older punks off with a bat last night trying to steal my RAW3 bust off the porch! I had a few pieces on the porch with my pumpkins. I had my curtains open with all my lights on and the little bastards still tried to take em. I chased them all the way down the street!!

I found that when I was outside already or if they saw me at the door before they came in they wouldn't say trick or treat. When I was inside they would come up and say trick or treat so someone would answer the door and so someone would know they were there =)
