She doesn't mind my toy collecting/buying at all. I buy stuff that I need for my collection but I generally will also buy stuff that I already have to sell. When it sells I usually take her out to dinner so she is happy. It's cool though I made two business trips for work and got 400.00 of bonuses for making the trips plus 16 hours o.t. so no sweat.
