this is somehting I always have a problem with . I can't stand it when people do this crap . That's why whenever I post something , I include my name or screen name in the pic next to or infront of the item . I know that may sound stupid but it gives some kind of proof that they are theives and that I am the original owner . I'd either contact the seller and give them an earful or contact ebay and let them know of the problem . They'll pull the auction and the seller would still have to pay the listing fee .

Thanks for the input, Mike. I did contact the seller, and although it frustrates me, I don't think that an earful is exactly necessary. It's still a picture of the mask in the end. He/she simply doesn't have any right to use my photo without my permission. For all we know, the mask could look far different now than when that pic was taken.
I just want the seller to use their own pic and that'd settle it. Plain and simple.
