There are threads building and building on Bob at a few other forums. Looks like the guy is more than willing to take people's money with little or no intention on sending them masks.
Bob cantacted me a year ago to create alot of artwork for his website, T shirts, Mask designs, ect...
I put in nearly 2 weeks worth of work (sometimes being asked by Bob to redo some artwork) This is time i spent away from my wife and kids. Bob promised me several masks as payment for the artwork. I thought it was a GREAT gig.
Once Bob got all the finished files, he stopped contacting me... Needless to say i have yet to recieve anyhing from him.
He once told me several months ago (he wrote me back after i threatened to tell everyone and told him he did not have permission to use any of my art) He told me that he is sick of bullSheep mask fans and this hobby, and is spending his time and money to open a non horror related store so he can tell these mask nerds to piss off.
This guy is a pile of crap. Rip off artist. I know alot of people like him, and I did too. His masks are cool but he just wants money at this point and doesnt care about anyone complaining about him cause he knows i+t isnt worth someone fili0ng "small claims"

I hooked him up with a few reference photos over the years for masks. He had promised me a couple blanks of the finished product in return. I unfortunately never heard back from him once he had the photos.

its getting bad, so i wanted to get the word out there. Over at other forums the scam threads about bob are starting to stack up. Dont want to see anyone else get burned if I can help it. Plus I dont like the idea of him using my art or other people'e money to start another buisness without honoring his side of it

MMFX or Mademen FX pretty much have a bad name in this hobby. NO ONE should do business with Bob, Gene if i was you post this on MM he vists there and some people got lucky and got there masks once they posted there.

i have ordered from him before. he starts out by returning your emails super fast,but then he gets your cash and you dont hear from him for months. i got lucky and got my mask way after he said it shiped. i really dont understand how people still have the balls to still buy from him. after all the threads about him and his scams its only our fault for still buying from him. sorry to hear he did this to you

I have many MMFX busts, but I got them off other members LOL The only mask I got from him in person was a "whitey" prototype that he had ready to ship. Never done other buisness with Bob in person. I contacted him some months ago about his remake Fred. I wanted to know if he could add a velcro on the back and he never returned my emails... If he cannot even reply to an order question, I'm not giving him a penny hahah
Its really a shame because I really love the MMFX work. Well, if some are like me and love his work, just spot his masks on eBay or in the classified :thumbsup:

Guys, lets try to keep in mind this forum is for recent business transactions done through NIGHTOWL. That being said, I am leaving this up as I think it is important to know as long as he keeps operating as a business.
