New Score! Batman Cowl From Arkham Asylum/city - travsall - 11-17-2011
In speed Supe would be envious of, I got my Arkham Asylum cowl from TheKingaSwing today! The UK to Canada in less then a week, I did not think that was even possible LOL I\'m a MASSIVE fan of the games, been hooked before I even played Asylum for 5 minutes. After playing through City, I decided I needed a cowl, and a Batarang, it was an imperative
That\'s where this incredible piece from Nat comes in! I loved it from the pics and reviews I saw, but in person it\'s absolutely flooring! The sculpt is dead on, soft yet crisp lines, the brow, one of the reasons this is my favorite Batman look, are just awesome, it looks pissed off LOL The casting is flawless, and I could not be happier with it, or the transaction with Nat! Yeah something like that would be awesome ! I think they tried to go a little too military with his mask/helmet, and they lost the cowl look in the Dark Knight. Kind of made his head look weird.

Thanks guys!! Appreciate it! I\'m still on the fence a bit with The Dark Knight, I like the evolution of the cowl as an idea, don\'t hate the look, but yeah it did just drift a bit too far away from Batman. I LOVE the Arkham cowl, it\'s the ideal look, pissed and mean like in the Hush series, but with the added height to the ears like in the 89 Arkham Asylum TPB. Man Kyle, I\'ve been debating that idea since I first thought of grabbing this and the rang, I dunno though, it\'s such a complex suit with all the sections it would have to be some sort of sculpt, whether in clay to do a latex pull, or something like foam underneath with a powermesh covering. I\'ve been kicking around the idea of designing my own suit, start off with motocross armor, and paint and build from there, leather gauntlets, belt, boot coverings, non reflective material for the cape, etc, which is most likely what I\'ll end up doing LOL I can\'t not at this point HAHAHAHA

I dig it, man! You oughta check out The League of Heroes at Yuku. Great superhero/costume forum. I\'ve actually seen that mask there before.
