Can\'t believe no one here is talking about this yet. It\'s been taken down from lots of places online already, but JoBlo still has it up right now.

Thoughts? Personally, I really dig what I see here. Tonally, it feels right. It looks freaking MEAN and NASTY. Very intense. I say BRING IT ON. Looks like this could be one of the better remakes in quite a while IMO.

I think it looks pretty amazing myself. Incredibly visceral and unapologetic horror films like this on a big screen are becoming too rare nowadays. It would already appear from the teaser that this remake goes for the throat, then rips it out lol. Same spirit and intent of the original from what I can see. Sure it looks "slicker," but hell, so did Evil Dead 2 years later when compared to the original Evil Dead. This new retelling looks like it fully intends to hurt its audience with a gleefully demonic smile on its face, and I totally dig and support that lol. I feel fairly confident this remake will deliver the goods. :devil:

This does look very good.
I\'m really surprised more people aren\'t talking about this teaser trailer. It looks insanely good, and this is coming from someone who generally turns his nose up at remakes, horror or otherwise. Not to mention the original Evil Dead is an all-time personal favorite of mine. I was fully expecting to LOATHE everything from top to bottom about this remake, but man - that teaser just rules too much to deny they may have pulled this one off!
