Agreed. Overall, I hated Superman Returns. It was incredibly flat, limp and worst of all, BORING. That movie was WORK to sit through and finish lol.
Admittedly, I\'ve never been much of a Supes fan anyway. Far too "boy scout" and one-note for my tastes. This looks pretty solid though. Many are whining that this seems too self-important and serious - I say that\'s exactly why it looks worth a golly gee willikers lol. They clearly want Superman to be compelling and captivating again instead of campy and corny. I\'d say judging from what\'s been shown so far, they\'re headed in the right direction of pulling that off.
