I bought this P200 just a week ago brand new in the box and decided that I would rather have a DSC-V3. This digital camera is one of the top ultra-compacts in its class. I opened the box only to take pictures of the contents. Everything is brand new and in pristine condition. It comes w/ the Li-Ion battery, all booklets, 32mb memory stick, charger, usb cables, software, all original packaging. The warranty has not been registered yet and will also be included in the box.
