Liquid Plastic - HalloweeN - 03-23-2005 I just added some liquid plastic to the blood splatter on my part 4 Hockey Mask. The hockey mask has a flat finish so, I applied liquid plastic on the blood and it really looks awsome!! It makes really really shiney when compared to the rest of the mask.
