I am experienced in silicone molds for resin casting. I sent you a PM. THere are only certain hockeys I won\'t recast; DMC, GOH, NIGHTOWL, SSN, MikeFOD, etc. Anything else is fair game in my book....especially masks that are 3rd generation recasts themselves.

I think the reason that was different is because Cyc got his shape directly from his original clay sculpture...
I don\'t think it\'s unethical to recast someones mask if they actually took someone elses mask and recasted it themselves....
It\'s IS unethical to recast someone who owns the original molds or a mask from the original molds that they worked very hard to obtain. Cropsy for example, brought the normal hockey sized shape to the world by recasting his part 6. Basically for a long time everyone either got permission from cropsy, or stole that shape. Between 1999-2002 or so, any normal sized hockey out there was either a bad sculpture, a Gates of Hell, a NIGHTOWL which was made using GOH molds, OR someone who stole from the Gates of Hell..ie; Horror Hockey masks....
When DMC came out I think that changed things. At that point people then stole from DMC :lol: ...it never ends lol
