Ok, as was said last year, I work in the one of the local spook houses, except ours is in the woods(yeah, it\'s pretty creepy out there). Well this year I am gonna have my own spot instead of working with someone else, so I need some ideas on what to put up and make. And if you hadn\'t guessed, I\'m gonna be Mr. Voorhees. The only think I can think of is making a Camp Crystal Lake sign and maybe having Crystal Lake crossed out and "Blood" written in, well, blood. And maybe having a campfire(though that could cause a safety concern). But I need some ideas. Let em roll...

A Camp Crystal Lake/Camp Blood sign would be good. And Maybe a cheaper ripped up torso from Fright Catalog. If I think of something else i\'ll let you know. Hope this helps.

maybe get a cheap dummy prop, and make it all bloody, and hang it upside down by its feet from a tree. also, put a strobe light near you, always adds a creepy effect

The strobe is definite. But if I get a dummy body or somethin, I want it to look real, some of the crap you see in today\'s haunted houses look so fake, ya know?

Easy alternative that will look great without too much work
Get a light colored sleeping bag and fill it with pillows or a cheesy dummy and stain the fatter end red with blood either hang it upside down from a tree with a big puddle of blood under it or stick it on some low branches of a tree like it was swung there you can even puncture the bag with a branch covered with guts and blood to make it look like it was impaled on the tree.

Now there is a good idea for you! I think a few severed limbs here and there would be great. And if you were inside and not outside I would say a Fog Machine, but no outlit plugs!
A fog machine adds a simple effect and sets a mood of creepiness, and that touch of Camp Ctystal Lake!

Sorry for not replying sooner, usually I get an e-mail.
Anyway, good idea about the sleeping bag.
Also, a fog machine is not out of the question, we have electricity ran out there in the woods, I can hook up whatever I want.
