Need A Cheap (blank?) Part 3 Hock And A Flesh Hood - terminallunch - 08-30-2005

Trying to get my displays ready, and I\'m looking for a cheap or blank Hockey Mask to sit on top of my ITZ-U\'s head. I also need a flesh hood, or some kind of undermask to use under a Myers mask. Basically I need a neck and collarbone to display the thing. It can be a blank pull, I\'d be happy to paint it! Just needs to look human.

On the wish list front, I\'m also looking for a part 1 glove and Cropsy from the Burning. (I can dream, can\'t I?)

Just sold an old mag on Ebay for an obscene amount, so I have some paypal money to burn. Give a holler if you can help.

Thanks!

Well, it\'s gonna be up on his head -

Kinda like that. But higher.

Then the shirt and all. I just need the suggestion of a mask sitting on his lumpy-ass noggin.

The original Hockey Mask used in pt 3 was huge. The problem is that no one has made hockeys that big...

The original mask wasn\'t huge. It was the same size as all the others...

Some comparisons:

Brooker wasn\'t exactly a small man... and goalie even looks big on him.

Well, my Mutant and ITZ-U are sitting next to each other, and ITZ-U isn\'t as big as Mutant, so a mask that might look too small to be accurate on Mutant might do the trick on ITZ-U. Capice?

The hockey masks were always the same size, 3-8 (sometimes trimmed, but still). It was neither bigger nor longer. The reason so many people think 3 is longer is because if you took a thin mask like that and pulled it tight against the face, it makes the chin and forehead stand out further than normal. As you can tell when Shelley takes the mask off his head, Its not shaped tight-like, it looks like the shape of a 6.
Anyway, terminal lunch, try out JDF studios. They\'ve got a real nice 3 that would look great on the Itz-U. Come on, do you think that mask would be happy with a cheap blank sitting atop itz head?
As far as what you can sit your Myers on, you can just get a cheap armature for that. And also, email Jeremy Bohr for a Cropsy mask, he\'s making some really top-notch ones. B)
