here is the info I have gathered so far on this guy. At the end of the week I will compose this into an email and send it off the each webmaster of every horror board in this hobby. I could be mistaken but there was a guy on Mask Murderers named I COLLECT HUMAN SKULLS and he ripped someone off there. I dont know if it\'s outlawski though.
