I had one and wouldnt pay that much for it...$50 or $60 at the most even if its mint with the tag.
Wait and try and find one on ebay thats how I got mine and it was mint with tag and I paid 40 for it.

thanks man. i thinks thats what ill do. if i had only took care of mine form 1984. now its a real mess. can they be repaired or is it cheeper to find a new one?
