Can Anyone Help?

Just throwing this out there to see if anyone has had this problem before I am not a computer guy so I know very little. Any way here is the problem When I try to attach photos to a e-mail it always says check your connection. It does the same for when I try to upload to a image host it takes for ever then says check connection or settings. Now I have not installed any thing new on my PC. Any body have a clue what I should look for at this point? Thanks

Is it possible that the pictures you are trying to send or upload might be to big? Possibly try resizing the pictures and see what happens.

Already checked that Not the problem but thanks for the suggestion. It is still acting shady please any suggestions are appreciated .
