This IS the mask that was used during the ‘Title Credit’ sequence from 1985’s ‘Friday the 13th Part V, the New Beginning’ and then re-painted and used during the ‘Title Credit’ sequence from 1986’s ‘Jason Lives, Friday the 13th Part VI.’ David Miller, FX Supervisor made this for ‘Part 5’ and somehow they re-used it for the ‘Camera going thru the eye gag for ‘Part VI.” Every scratch and dent was made during the productions back in 1985 and 1986.
