Hey guys,I'm planning on buying a digital video camera hopefully not too far down the road. I gotta put some cash aside for it. My old RCA camcorder is a full size (lets you put a full sized VHS tape in) has finally kicked the bucket. I'm looking for a good brand, something that captures pretty good picture quality and sound. Steady pix, and picks up decent footage in low light.Anyone here have any recommendations? A particular brand that you own and works great.

Another good brand is Panasonic those can by bought for 250-400. If you decide to get a camcorder that uses tape instead of HD, make sure you stick with one brand/type of tape, because mixing from what I understand can hurt the recording heads and lower the life of the camcorder.Hope that helps.
