Freddy Glove Question

I would like to know how to remove the glove from the armature so I can put a better glove on. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it thanks.

hmm, guess you\'d have to see what\'s holding the glove on and cut em, huh?

you gotta cut the three rivets on the backplate and replace them.
