I\'ve never even heard of SBC Yahoo Browser, but I can bet that it\'s not nearly as good as Firefox. Rather than trying to fix up SBC, why not give Firefox a try? You won\'t be disappointed...stop using IE immediately...that piece of shit browser!

I just read this doing a Google search: "Removing the Yahoo Web Browser will not affect your ability to connect to SBC. "

Protection from what?

Viruses?
Avast Home Edition
Same FREE antivirus I use.

Have you tried reinstalling SBC? Has it ever worked? If so, when did it stop working? If you have Windows XP, try using system restore to set the computer back to a date when it worked. See if the SBC process is running by looking at your task manager.
