Hey guys,I REALLY hate to do this but I need to let this sucker go. I'm looking for serious offers only since I'm trying to fund another project. I would let it go in trade but only if the deal was really sweet. There are a few things out there that i'd consider a trade on, but they are high end pieces. As far as offers go, please drop me a PM if you're interested and I'll get back to you asap. Up for sale today we have a Scale Nightmare House Model Replica as seen in NOES 3: Dream Warriors. Over a hundred hours went into research and build for this beauty and I can honestly say YOU CAN NOT FIND A MORE ACCURATE REPLICA THAN THIS. I studied pictures of the screen used house for hours and made sure that no detail was left unchecked. I have provided a picture of the screen used model to show just how spot on mine is. The number of planks on the windows along with how they are positioned are almost an exact reflection of what was used in the movie. The clippings on the house consit of lots of obituaries and houses for sale (things that you would expect to see in any Springwood news paper) and there's even a clipping talking about a serial killer at a camp.This house is framed in balsa wood for extra support and every single piece on this house is in the exact position ie. turned the same way as they were in the movie. Red and Green LEDs have been added to the inside of the house so that it can be lit at night. While this was not done in the movie, I thought it would be a nice touch for this piece and is down right eerie in the middle of the night...especially the red. They are ran off of a toggle switch that is accessed thru one of the back windows on the house. I would once again like to say that this house was built to scale and is not small by any means...whoever this goes to will need to have room for it as it is a big piece...however it is very light. It is built to last however I recommend picking the house up using the windows on the sides as it would be possible to break something off ot it otherwise.This item will be shipped via UPS and insurance and tracking numbers will be provided on this piece as well.
