Anyone Heard Of/ordered From Kruegear.com?

Hi,

I want to know if anyone has ordered from Kreugear.com and received their order.
I ordered from there and alot of time went by while the owner kept in contact with me, delaying, more delaying. I ordered in August 2003 and I got an email including phone# saying "call me" and on the phone the guy said "your order is going to sent out" I still don\'t have the glove I ordered and I paid $350.00. :angry: He doesn\'t respond to emails. I\'m lodgin requests for inquiry into Kruegear\'s business. If you have any information please let me know.

Yup, Travis is the KING when it comes to making excuses and procrastinating. Funny thing, I was talking to his ex-girlfriend and she told me that he actually gets annoyed when people do the same to him...essentially making him a hypocrit to boot.
I ordered and paid for my Part 1 fedora last March. Travis said I\'d have the hat by May. Of course I KNEW that wasn\'t going to happen, I actually laughed at the idea. But now It\'s January and I\'m getting a bit aggrivated. Obviously it\'s nowhere near as bad as waiting since 2003...I\'d be FUMING by now.
But anyway, Travis had a bad time last year. His Uncle was killed during or after hurricane Katrina and it\'s been rough for him and his family. I sent out condolences to him and he thanked me for it. In fact it was a week ago that he last emailed me. He also stated that he had my hat. His last remark after that was..."more tomorrow" LOL. Needless to say, tomorrow is taking a long time to get here.
SO, Travis is now living in New York, Brooklyn I believe. He started a new job and is now stateside...so he can no longer use his "customs" excuse to put off his clients. I personally live about 20 minutes from him now. I emailed him, volunteering to drive to his place to pick up my hat so he would\'nt have to worry about the shipping cost. Pretty generous eh? He still hasn\'t responded to that.

His ex-girlfriend gave me his work #, and I haven\'t used it yet. But the time will come that I\'ll have no choice if he doesn\'t get back to me. I have his personal email address that he made me promise to not give out. I threatened to give it out if he doesn\'t send me my hat by Feb. 1st. Not that it matters, he doesn\'t often respond to that email either lol. Hopefully I won\'t have to give out his work # to his disgruntled customers...

RavenMedia did the right thing. Hopefully it\'ll get Travis off his lazy ass and fullfill his obligations.

How come no one ever uses mail fraud here? Seriously, that\'s what it\'s there for. You people bitch about not getting your shit when all you have to do if file a mail fraud report.

i filed a mail fraud report before on something i didnt get a few years back they did nothing

sadly it is there but it seems more often than not it wont help
