Update:

The reason I had to take off the costume was what I figured, there was alot of kids at the theatre to see Open Season, so I had to take it off for that reason.

Ok guys official word if you still care lol. Got an email back from the main office.

"Hi Jordan,
Thank you for your recent comments. I did forward your message to
the owner of the company and the director of operations. I am truly sorry
that the evening did not turn out as you hoped. I am disappointed at the
lack of communication among the managers that led to the confrontation with
the security officer. Once again, I do apologize for how things happened.
Someone ahs already followed up with the theatre\'s management about the
situation and how to deal with it in the future.

Here is my message that I sent them!

Well I wasnt too happy about what happened when I saw TCM and I let Marquee Cinemas know about it.

What I said:

"To whom it may concern,

Yesterday on Friday, October 6th, a group of friends and I went to the 7:15
showing of Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning and I dressed up as
bubba for the premiere. I called the night before and confirmed that
it was ok to dress up and that it wouldnt be a problem, and they said it was
no problem whatsoever. Well, I got into the theatre and had no problems,
hung around and took some pictures, scared some random people. Well while
scaring some more people for a little while, I had a Public Safety officer
come up and be completely rude to me. He asked me questions like, what are
you doing and who gave you permission to do this, having an angry tone to
his voice. He was very rude to me and pretty much told me to either take
the costume off, or get out of the theatre. He said that the night manager
hadnt said anything about being able to wear a costume or anything like
that, and that I didnt have permission to do it. Even though I called the
night before.

I just wanted to let you guys know that you won\'t make as much money when
you have night managers treat the customers like they dont exist. The
officer was sent by the manager, and he was a complete prick to me the
entire time, and when I tried to talk to the manager about what I was doing,
he stood behind me yelling at me the entire time. Needless to say I pretty
ticked off, and therefore I didnt pay much attention to a movie that I have
waited for YEARS to come out. I\'m very disappointed by this, and would
appreciate an apology if possible, considering I was telling everyone to go
to this theatre that day to see the movie and about how great a theatre it
is. I\'ve spent 1,000s of dollars there after all, and its the best theatre
to go to. But when I have managers sending rude public safety officers
after me and then not talking to me afterwords. I almost don\'t want to
return to this theatre anymore.

This past weekend, I went back to see it again but the theater wouldnt let my GF in. Last time I checked you had to be 17 to get into an R rated movie, which she is and had ID to prove. But they wouldnt let her in, said you had to be 18. I just decided I wont be going back to this one anymore.

I actually thought about writing them again to tell the truth, but I figure screw it. Took 2 weeks to get that email back, so I\'m just not going to that theater anymore.
