Ok, so first of all I ordered an extra copy of the unrated halloween from Hot Topic hoping to get an autographed one but sadly I did not. So I returned it to a local Hot Topic today in the mall, and asked if they had any copies in store. They told me they didn't have any. So I returned it for store credit and got some other things. I left to continue doing some shopping in the mall. I happened to walk past this store where this artist draws portraits of famous ppl and does paintings. I stumbled across this awesome portrait of michael myers and he is closing his shop so I got this huge portrait of him framed, matted, hand drawn for only 19.99 what a bargain. Anyhow so while I am in spencers moseying around my mom called me and said Hot Topic called and told her they found a copy of the autographed dvd. I rushed back down to Hot Topic and low and behold they had it waiting for me. What great customer service. They saw my address on the receipt and called their mom to look it up. Her mom gave her the phone number corresponding to the address and she called the number which is my parents. What a great way to go above and beyond their call of duty. I will definitely be letting corporate know of the great customer service. So I got my hands on the autographed one! I also got in an autographed 8x10 of Ken Kirzinger today, so it has been a great day!
