NEW SCORE!!! MINT CONDITION-SAMHAIN UNHOLY PASSION on WHITE VYNIL!!!! I'm so stoked! Got this the other day from an old friend of mine. He got in in 1986 when this pressing was released. I have been buggin him to sell it to me for YEARS and I finally broke him down. Lucky for me hes a huge TCM fan cause all he wanted was my Grampaw mask for a clean trade! Hell yeah!!! There are only 200 pressings in existance of this white vynil version of Unholy Passion and Glenn Danzig owns one of them. This is the rarest Samhain album you can get. They also have this album in a red vynil with a maroon colored sleve but there are 500 of those. Then they went back to the tan colored sleve and released the regular old black vynil but there are thousands of those. this baby has never once been layed on a turn table. It's absolutely flawless. I've seen only 2 of these on auction sites and they both sold for almost $500.00. I'm getting a frame to display this soon and I cant wait! awesome score! i've only seen a couple of those over the years, and they haven't been in mint condition like your copy. i'm a huge Glenn Danzig fan- i even named my daughter after him. congrats on getting such a sweet deal on such a rare album.

definately a cool score...congrats. My favorite of the 3 Samhain releases. The 'Hungry End' kicks ass. I'm a huge long time fan. I've had one in my collection for about 20 yrs...I was lucky enough to get it through an old record distribution company 'Deluxe' based out of SF Ca...advertised in Thrasher mag. To this day I kick myself... at one point they offered all three Samhain albums, Initium,Unholy Passion and Nov Coming Fire in colored vinyl for $15 ea. I ended up getting my Unholy Passion White Vinyl later for $30..still a great deal. I even have the Unholy Passion poster that I ordered direct from Plan 9. The really rare Samhain pressing is black vinyl w/white streaks....but yes I'd say the white vinyl is the rarest of the Unholy pressing.

Yeah thanks guys! I'm so happy to finally own this. I'm going to try and find me the November Coming Fire album on Orange vynil now. Found a couple cool places that sell album frames. Hopefully by this weekend I can afford to pick a couple up. I want one for the sleeve and one for the actual record.
