My Boring Zombie Apocalypse - 4/8/11

My wife and I had an awesome time Friday night at the Avenue in White Marsh, MD. They're shooting My Boring Zombie Apocalypse and we were Zombie extras! Hella fun! Didn't have time to do our own makeup.. so we got stuck going through the assembly line of mud and blood and didn't get any details. Definitely will do more for next time! They'll be doing other shots through out the summer and we'll make sure we get in those as well! This was a basic zombie mob scene shot we did.. we were on opposite sides of the Avenue and then converged to the middle. At first we were slow, then a little faster and then an all out sprint! Basically infected as I refuse to call fast moving dead a Zombie! Not sure what was funnier.. the drunks inside the bars on the Avenue trying to do the Thriller dance, the couples out for the evening at dinner or the moviews and not knowing what the hell was going on, the drunks outside after the bars closed trying to figure out why there are hordes of zombies around or the girls at McDonalds when we stopped by on our way home for a cone with our faces covered in blood??

My wife had a blast and didn't even complain much when the blood didn't come out of her hair! I'm a LUCKY GUY! We'll get some make up and prosthetics for next time and do it right!
