The mask is called eddie burns not the maker. Its by darkride82 check him out on FB or over at springwood slasher. Not too sure if he does that mask anymore tho seen a few for sale in the classifieds on slasher. He does some amazing work just picked up a part 1 fred from him. Trust me you wont be dissapionted.
