How To Hair A Mask?

OK, got me a Myers mask in the mail today from a generous member. I need to hair the mask.
What is the best adhesive for doing this? And are there any special methods to follow??

latex works really good

Latex is the best and strongest thing to use! If you can\'t get any use Tacky glue or superglue.

OK, I\'ve got some Weldbond to hair my mask. It seems to be popular as a second choice to latex.
Now I need to know if there is a pattern to follow? I know to start at the back but how exactly do I put it on? Just run a bed of glue and press some hair into it?
It\'s a Myers mask so any Myers specific tps would help alot. I\'ve never tried this before so I need all the help I can get. Also I\'d like to punch the hair on the hairline to look better. I have a syringe style needle that is unsharpened(it\'s from an inkjet refill kit) how do I use this to punch the hair in? Do I need to add glue and punch through it?
