Yeah but regardless... You take a life no matter why... you suffer the consequences.... eye for an eye right... The fact that he has to pay just under $6000 as a penalty? Thats harsh ass lame... IF it were Americans killed... whoever did it would suffer major consequences...

I dont know bout you guys but if it was say my brother killed there... Id want a little more punishmenet handed out then getting fined $6000....
