Ebay Negative Feedback

I was just wondering from you guys...what do you do if you get negative feedback for something that is complete B.S.?I just recieved my first neg feedback ever. I sold something, the guy bought it, then he just refused to pay for it. He actually emailed me and said he "no longer had any interest" in buying it.So I filed an eBay claim. All I wanted back was my listing and final value fees which were like $8.Next thing I know, I have a negative feedback from this jerk with him claiming that I never sent the item and that I have poor communication. I'm quite furious right now. samething happend to me i guy won never paid even sent smart ass emails saying he wouldnt i got a final value credit adn all claim was filed i left my feedback and he left bad feedback and ebay said there nothing they can do even thou he never paid unless u spend tons of money on ebay selling stuff they dont care

Is his feedback like 0 or a negative now? I seen there's been a guy going around lately doing exactly what you said. Bidding on things, not paying then leaving bad feedback saying the seller didn't ship. What a punk.

hey whats this guys name he changed it after our ordeal but it was a 0 after i left his feedback the thing is i looked threw his feedback prior to me and it seemed strange cause he won like 5 items from the same seller in the same day and supposidly used BUY IT NOW i think its a board memeber here trying to boost others feedback adn lower other people jsut a hunch after i looked threw everythign since ebay wouldnt

It's up to Ebay, as far as I'm concerned, anybody found abusing the neg feedback scheme,should simply have their Ebay membership terminated.

Well, I'd love to think that it was a scam, but the guy's feedback was a positive 13. He recently had changed his screen name, so I have no doubt that he did it because he had bad feedback on the previous one.There's no way he'll want a mutual withdrawal...he did this out of spite and he knew that it would hurt my feedback more (considering I was 100%) than it would hurt his (because he could simply change his screen name again)I think from now on, I should only accept bids from buyers with 100 feedback or more. <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> Unrealistic, yes....but perhaps I won't have the heartache.Thanks for your support, guys...

Can I ask what your feedback rating was before this douce came along? I know it sucks to take a neg but the ratio of honest people on ebay is not 100%. So you will eventually have a douce like this come along. Ebay will not help you out. Just be sure to write up a very profound negative feedback comment to neg them with. It will help show that you are honest and did not mean for this to happen, also is a good chance to get a little payback. Be prepared for his responce to your feedback as you will be able to leave one about his as well. Do not type angry take your time to think out what you want to say. It is like chess sorta.
