What I meant when I posted above was that the fine folks at DMC pretty much only return an email if its asking where to send money... Or when an item has shipped, they have always been good about that.

it\'s true, I got a mask that supposedly was unfinished
that\'s what they told me when I told them that it was too orange and grainy
after that they stopped responding to my e-mails
when i sent an e-mail talking about the bad customer service ( in a polite manner)
some bitch got all snappy on me and said she was fowarding my e-mails to david himself. Like it was a threat, but that\'s actually what I wanted. but never ever got a single e-mail from david himself. I will never buy from them again. It\'s all about the money.
