Soooo, for cutting out a resin/fiberglass mask if I don\'t have a dremmel tool or any experience with one, I should drill holes in the areas I want cut out and use a needle file and sandpaper to cut out the areas I need to?

If it,s fibreglass,then again a handtool is better.Try a fine toothed keyhole saw and a carpenters coping saw,once again make sure the teeth are as fine as possible for a neat cut.When you go to buy tools like this just tell the vendor what it is you are on with.

they are good for cutting your nails and trimming your nose hairs before a date too.
try doing that with a  dremel!!
