Last night sometime someone signed on with my ebay name and bidded on a bunch of cars and won. Over 10k worth....I emailed ebay, cancelled my paypal and everything else I can think of. I emailed the sellers but only one has responded...you have to go through an act of congress to send an email to them. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what to do?

How the hell did they manage that? They,d need your user name and password of course. This is serious fraud, deffinitely a police affair. Most of us are Ebay users, keep us up to date on what happens with this.

They have their cool little ebay replica webpage that asks for username & password. Gotta be careful...

That\'s a scary thing to have happen. I wish you the best of luck in finding the fuck that did that to you. Being that it\'s so serious, you may be able to have EBay pull up the IP address that your account was signed on from during the time of all the auctions. Or maybe you can have the police get it from them. Either way, after getting it, have the cops trace it. I know that sounds like a lot, but over 10K is a crazy amount of money. So it might be possible to go those heights to find the moron. If it was less then 5K I wouldn\'t say this, but 10K is really bad.
