Well, to achieve the grotesque effects, you\'ll want to start to do that on your 2nd or 3rd layer. Build up from there. It isnt too hard to make someone look hideous using this stuff, but for more pronounced features, you\'ll be applying around 7 or 8 layers, whereas less disturbing features will only take 2 or 3.

You should shape the features while applying it, and before it starts to solidify on the skin. Oh, and a helpful hint... use baby powder to get the liquid latex to dry faster. It only dries the top though, if it\'s thick, it\'ll only solidify a skin like layer on the top, while leaving the rest still liquid.

    One last question, I swear...

Should I put anything on the skin before applying the liquid latex? To make it come off easier, or to protect the skin?

Nope, Liquid Latex is safe as milk. It just hurts like a mother lover when you peel it off of your arms, if you have alot of arm hair... shoot, even a little tiny bit. I hurts when it comes off of hair, so... just avoid putting it on your arms at all cost to avoid some harsh hurting.
