    Would you have guessed that there\'s a market for prototype or "first off the line" Elmo dolls? I just thought Elmo buyers were parents who wanted them for their kid. What value is a first off the production line Elmo to a 8 year old who doesn\'t know the difference?

    I guess I just didn\'t realize that the collector market for Sesame Street stuff was as crazy as us horror nutjobs.

    These things are gonna be nuts in prices again at Christmas time. Just like the originals.
    WalMart here sold out in about an hour...
    Right now eBay is flooded with them but Tyco said that they won\'t be abkle to keep up with the demand since they are very high tech toys.. they estimate by December 1st there will be no parts left to make more...
