Odd Request

The town where I live is planning its first ever HALLOWEENFEST...
Consisting of costume contests, pumpkin decorating contests, a fortune teller, a haunted house, a block party...you get the picture. And that\'s exactly what I need...a picture. A picture of a large group of people in costume. It could be adults, kids or both. I need the photo to use for publicity purposes. Can anyone help me out on this.
