It\'s a simple pyramid scheme, the idea behind it is you send 1 person the $3 or what ever it is, and then in return all the people who sign up send you $3. They NEVER work out, and are always a waste of the money. Do this at your own risk, in this day and age of computer fraud, that $3 can turn into a life savings, or identity theft even.
