After that there is going to be a long drought till I can find some cash - tapped outThe restraint is a seperate piece. I bought the mask off HMA about 6 months ago and the guy I bought it from said Dr Phil made a matching restraint mask. It took a while to get but it really makes the mask shine - it is a perfect fit to show off the mouth and eyesThanksShummy
